01. Acceptance of Terms

By adding, accessing, or interacting with Lunna ("the Bot"), using any slash commands, or browsing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Discord platform policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using Lunna immediately.

02. Discord Platform Compliance

Lunna operates as a third-party application on the Discord platform. All users must strictly comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any violation of Discord policies that impacts Lunna may result in immediate and permanent restriction of bot access.

03. Virtual Economy & Coins

Lunna incorporates a virtual economy involving virtual "Lunna Coins", trading cards, and fantasy items. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Lunna Coins and cards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or tangible goods.
• Real-money trading (RMT) of coins, player cards, or bot accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All virtual items remain the sole property of Lunna developers and are licensed to users solely for entertainment purposes within the bot ecosystem.

04. Fair Play & Community Conduct

Users of Lunna must uphold sportsmanship and fair play. You may not:

• Exploit bugs, race conditions, or unannounced vulnerabilities in the bot commands or auctions.
• Engage in coin farming using automated scripts, macros, or multiple Discord accounts.
• Harass, extort, or scam other players during card trades or multiplayer duels (e.g., Connect 4, Uno).
• Spam bot slash commands in public channels to disrupt server communities.

05. Esports Trademarks & Intellectual Property

All professional player names, team names, esports tournaments, and trademarks referenced (including Rocket League, Valorant, CS2, Fortnite, League of Legends, and Overwatch 2) belong to their respective rights holders. Lunna is an unofficial fan project and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games, Valve, Epic Games, Psyonix, or Blizzard Entertainment. All pro stats are used solely for informational and fantasy gameplay purposes under nominative fair use.

06. Privacy & Data Collection

Lunna stores minimal public Discord information necessary to provide match history, card vaults, and leaderboards:

• Discord User IDs, Server IDs, and Channel IDs.
• Game telemetry, inventory states, and auction logs.

We do not collect private direct messages, passwords, or payment information. For further details, please review our Privacy Policy.

07. Limitation of Liability

Lunna is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. The developers are not liable for any downtime, data loss, Discord API interruptions, or discrepancies in fantasy scoring telemetry.
